Okiela provides deterministic profit arithmetic, public product-page observations, and seller-controlled action suggestions. Outputs depend on the figures supplied. Okiela does not promise revenue, conversion, ranking, or business results and does not replace accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

You must provide information you are entitled to use, verify calculations before acting, keep account access secure, and comply with Shopify, the scanned website, the chosen AI assistant, and applicable law. Do not use Okiela to access private systems, evade controls, submit restricted data, or harm another person or service.

Optional connections to Shopify, AI assistants, and third-party apps are governed by those providers' terms. References to other apps are informational, not endorsements or guarantees. Their availability, price, and behavior can change independently of Okiela.

The service is provided as available. We may correct calculations, change or discontinue features, suspend abusive access, or update these terms. We will post the effective date of material changes. If you do not accept an update, stop using the service and disconnect its integrations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Okiela is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
